It is recommended to all Luxembourgish citizens or all Schengen countries citizens wishing to travel to Ukraine, to be provided with a valid passport.
In case of a consular emergency, we kindly ask the Luxembourgish citizens to contact the Consulate of Belgium in Kiev and/or the Honorary Consulate of Belgium in Lviv.
Please note that the Honorary Consulates of Luxembourg and Belgium can´t deliver nor replace the documents. Only the Consulate of Belgium in Kiev can deliver the documents.
